The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex is seeking an exceptional candidate with good organisational and communication skills to support the work of the Essex Restorative and Mediation service.


The post holder will be responsible for the smooth running and administration of the Restorative and Mediation service by ensuring referrals are processed in a timely and effective manner.


The OPFCC seeks a team player who has a keen eye for detail, is self-motivated, and is able to deliver effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  The successful candidate will be confident and a strong communicator; able to converse effectively with colleagues, referral agencies and members of the public.


The successful candidate may come from a range of different backgrounds but will have good IT skills and be able to quickly process information on a dedicated case management system.
